Introduce the sound gradually and begin with the lowest comfortable suction setting. Keep blades and attachments away from eyes, ears, paws, skin folds, and irritated areas. Never force an attachment through tangles or mats. Work slowly and stop if your pet shows distress. Keep the electrical unit away from water. Clean the dust cup, filters, attachments, and clipper blade regularly.

14-Day Return Note

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. The system must be unused, clean, free of pet hair, and returned in its original packaging with the clippers, dust cup, hose, power components, attachments, instructions, and all included parts. Used blades, hair residue, damage, or missing accessories may make the item ineligible. Contact support for approval before mailing any return.
