Frequently asked questions

What surfaces work best?

Use it on clean, smooth surfaces where the suction system can maintain contact. Brick, rough textures, uneven surfaces, and popcorn ceilings can prevent proper contact.

Will it mark my walls or ceiling?

Wall finishes vary. Test it on a small, inconspicuous area first and avoid delicate, damaged, freshly painted, or heavily textured surfaces.

What if the battery gets low while it is on a wall or ceiling?

Bring the TechCrawler™ back down before power runs low. When using it overhead, keep people, pets, breakable objects, and electronics clear of the area in case the toy falls.

Can my pet bite or wrestle with it?

The TechCrawler™ is intended as a supervised chase toy, not a chew toy. Stop play if your pet begins chewing, biting, or damaging the toy.

Apex TechCrawler™ turns a plain wall into the most interesting part of the room. Because apparently even gravity needed a hobby.
