14-Day Return Note

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. The bed must be unused, clean, free of pet hair, odor, stains, chewing, and damage, with the cover and all original packaging included. For hygiene reasons, a bed that has been slept on or used by a pet may not be eligible. Contact support for approval before mailing any return.
