Check your router’s supported bands and follow the VisionFeed™ manual for the current app, account setup, and network requirements. App availability and features can vary by phone platform, app version, and device firmware. Test several scheduled portions before relying on remote feeding. Keep the FlowMax™ on a level, water-resistant indoor surface, clean the bowl, pump, and filter housing regularly, and always keep fresh water available.

The feeder and fountain may ship separately and may arrive with separate tracking numbers. Current delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Eligible unused items may be returned within 21 calendar days of delivery with original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
